OUR SENIOR PASTORS

Jose & Sabrina Perez

Jose was born and raised in the Red Hook Housing Projects in Brooklyn, NY where he found his desire for pursuing baseball as a career.  Shortly after Jose began his dream career playing for the St. Louis Cardinals organization, he realized his true calling was greater than baseball.  After spending 11 years in ministry as a youth pastor and church administrator, his desire to serve God in a major role was evident.

Jose is currently completing his Master's in Divinity at Regent University and continues to represent the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Brooklyn, NY.

Sabrina Sanchez-Perez was born in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY, where she discovered her love of music. Growing up around her father Jack Sanchez and her grandfather Jose "Tuffy" Sanchez, who were already embedded in the music industry and working with RMM Records, Sabrina's early exposure to music was only the beginning.

In her early years, Sabrina was part of the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir where she began her walk with the Lord. Her path also included starring on the television produced Sesame Street Show and working with Interscope Records, where she heard the Lord's voice remind her, "it's time to sing for Me again".

Being the granddaughter of Rev. Manuel T. Sanchez, founder and president of the Eastern District of the Assemblies of God, Sabrina had seeds planted early in life and therefore returned to her walk with God and a newfound purpose.

Jose and Sabrina both raise four incredible kids, Amanda, Isaiah, Noah and Nehemiah. Their heart is to create a place of worship that is full of God's true love by helping others heal, discover their purpose and build a relationship with Jesus Christ.
